COVERAGE DETAILS
- Hospital Confinement Benefit: Pays a daily hospital confinement benefit if an insured person is confined to a hospital (excluding ICU) as a result of injury or sickness. There is no elimination period on this benefit.
- Hospital Admission Benefit: Pays if an insured person is admitted as an inpatient to the hospital as a result of injury or sickness.
- Wellness Benefit: Pays a benefit for certain wellness screening exams.
